    I have been seeing Dr. Byington & his PA, Kailin for 8 years. I am usually seen promptly with little wait time in lobby or back in exam room. Dr. Byington & Kailin rotate who sees me but I’m fine with that because I get good care from both. I have had one surgery during this 8 year period. Surgery went well with good explanations before surgery & excellent instructions after. I trust them & always feel comfortable asking any questions.

    Dr Byington is very knowledgeable and personable. Not only did he save my hand from a nasty infection, he took the time to explain things to me and my family. He answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed or like he was in a hurry. His staff at both offices are all professional and very kind.

    Dr. Byington was very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. He knew what he was doing and did not want to do a procedure that the urgent care doctor wanted to do. Instead, the treatment was noninvasive, and my knee felt better in a short amount of time.
